Open, Spacious with views of the Sweet Gulf (Golfo Dulce) yet located in a private, tropical setting. Backed by dense rainforest you wake up to the sounds of the hillside jungle. Comfortably cool, day and night throughout the house with an air-conditioned writer´s room on the second floor. The house is strategically located just far enough outside Pavones to provide seclusion yet convenient to town. Casa Paraiso is within five minutes by car to the point. Casa Paraiso sits on a hill just above two lesser-known point breaks not to often spoken of. Casa Paraiso offers two bedrooms (the master room with king bed & second-floor room with a queen bed), one bath with a hot-water shower. She sleeps four comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove /oven, blender, coffee maker and all the utensils you will need including a wine bottle opener. She has screened windows surrounding the first floor, large covered garage, a large covered terrace on the first floor with a balcony out from the second floor. All for you to sit back, relax from a day in the water and just get away from it all! We have a full-time caretaker living on the property.
