We are committed to provide the best response time. The booking process usually will take a few hours.
We require full payment when the reservation is made in order to guarantee your booking. The booking confirmation will arrive into your email inbox typically within 2-3 hours upon payment is made.
We accept PayPal and International/Local Bank Wire Transfers, with a surcharge service fee.
Total prices are listed except for the 6% surcharge service fee for receiving payment.
If you cancel your reservation more than a month before your arrival, you can get a full refund minus $100. If you cancel within a month of your arrival or don’t show up, you won’t get a refund.
We kindly inform our valued guests that our rates may vary during special occasions and holiday seasons. For instance, rates may be subject to change during the festive periods around Christmas, New Year, and Easter Week.
